Montville Fire & Rescue responded to 317 calls in 2011.
Burn permits are required for open burning. You can pick up your free burn permit at the fire station on Tuesday evenings between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. or by appointment. Address signs are available for $15.00 each, which includes the digits.
Free smoke detectors and batteries are available to Montville residents. Limit one of each per household. Accepting Applications The fire department is accepting applications for Cadets, Firefighters and EMT's. We provide basic training. Interested candidates can stop by the station on Tuesday evenings after 6:30 p.m. for an application or print it using the document below. If you are filling out an application for one of these positions, please send it to Montville Fire Department, PO Box 98, Montville, OH 44064. We are also accepting applications for Fire Chief.
